This is a beautiful piece made of real marble. The message of the Hebrew word shalom is timely right now, because we desire shalom for the Middle East, not just Israel.
Also, my husband and I think of it as when people visit our home we will be proverbially greeting them with “peace!”
It sits in our front window, next to the front door, & it is protected from theft and the elements.
The letters seem like they are edged into the marble. It is high-quality.
There are plastic holders that come with it, that are inexpensive, but work fine.
If we had small children around, I would want to have it in a higher location.
Psalm 122 encourages us to pray for Jerusalem. Jesus Christ wept over Jerusalem. We believe he would weep over the Palestinian women and children who are suffering and dying of starvation. Golden rule here! 🥰
